Q Why do you think Bake Off: The Professionals has lasted so long? 

A Cherish It's fun, but at time. Every year we bring in new challenges, so it's never the same. And, most of all, viewers want to see my ruler!

Benoit There's a lot of drama but I hope, also, it's because there are lovely human stories. And people hate to admit it, but they love when things go wrong.
