As bombshells go, this isn't likely to make it into EastEnders' top 10 - after all, we've known for a while that Zack enjoyed some nookie with Nicola in the late noughties, so it was always going to be a possibility that he fathered her younger son, Barney.

Still, for the buff chef, it's jaw-dropping news to discover that late tot Peach and baby daughter Dolly aren't the only ones bearing his DNA - bookworm Barnaby is, too.
