Robert returns to the village after being released from prison

For the second time in four weeks, Robert Sugden makes a dramatic return to the Dales. This time, though, he's staying put. The convicted killer is on a mission to prove that Aaron's new husband John - also a killer but currently flying under the radar - is a wrong'un and, in the process, win back the love of his life.

As the week kicks off, recently released Robert is doing porridge again, as punishment for missing a probation meeting when he gatecrashed Aaron and John's wedding last month.
