Set in 2024, two years on from the previous season, it finds New York-based TV network UBA, which broadcasts the titular breakfast show, now merged with its rival NBN to form UBN. And Stella Bak (Greta Lee), who is now president of the news division, and ruthless new board president Celine Dumont (Marion Cotillard) are keen to avoid any more headline-grabbing scandals.
