Congratulations on writing this book, which is the need of the day. Can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers?

I am Anupamaa and am a passion-driven professional entrepreneur, with over 2 decades as a corporate lawyer and over 15 years as a partner and managing partner at Dr. Kainth & Associates LLP and AVRC Legal. I passionately believe in equitable, respectful, inclusive, and bias-free workplaces, which resulted in the founding of Upceed Consulting Services Private Limited (UCS) where I am the chief Trainer. I also possess in-depth knowledge in Industrial Psychology, am a certified mediation and negotiation expert, and ICF certified organization development coach (Symbiosis-USA). A professional mentor and guide to many and a NonExecutive Director on boards of several companies for legal compliance and strategic business, supporting and advising the boards on the overall management of the company.
