2/3 cup granulated sugar

3/4 tsp. table salt, divided

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil or canola oil

2 Tbsp. whole milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup (about 41/4 oz.) all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tsp. red liquid food coloring

1 tsp. blue liquid food coloring

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting

1/4 tsp. almond extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

3/4 cup raspberry jam

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 17x11-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray; line with parchment paper.
