When Billy Ray Cyrus took the stage at one of President Donald Trump’s inaugural balls on Jan. 20, he likely wasn’t expecting the performance, which was plagued by technical difficulties, to fuel public concern—and create drama within his own family. But two days later his son Trace Cyrus prompted speculation about his dad’s wellness when he shared an open letter addressed to the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer, 63, on Instagram, writing that he has “been genuinely worried about you for years.” Trace, 35, whom Billy Ray shares with ex-wife Tish Cyrus, 57, added: “You’
