Witbe is set to introduce a new AI-native testing and monitoring infrastructure for streaming services at the 2026 NAB Show, reflecting a gradual but clear shift in how OTT platforms and operators manage service quality. Rather than relying on traditional script-based automation, the company’s latest platform integrates AI across device control, automation, operations and analytics, aiming to streamline workflows that have become increasingly complex as streaming traffic and device diversity continue to grow.

AI INTEGRATED ACROSS THE TESTING STACK

The new system brings together four components—Witbox for real-device execution, the Agentic SDK for automation, the Remote Eye Controller (REC) for operations and Smartgate for analytics. By embedding AI within each layer, Witbe is positioning this as an evolution of its long-running work in MOS-based video quality measurement and intelligent device control.
