Caryn Elaine Johnson, better known as Whoopi Goldberg, has lived a full life. She's won an Oscar, dated well-known men, married and divorced three times, and starred opposite the likes of Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, Dame Maggie Smith and Drew Barrymore.

While these days she's a daytime talk show panellist, she'll always be remembered as a nun running from the bad guys and changing the lives of students through song in the Sister Act franchise - in which she will soon reprise her role for a third film.
