These photos, which are exclusive to The National ENQUIRER, reveal the Melrose Place alum, 62, looking healthy and beautiful — and years younger than her age — as she runs errands in Westlake Village, Calif., on July 2.

They represent an amazing rebound from last summer, when photogs snapped pics of the fragile star looking disoriented and disheveled as she tottered on the ledge of an office building while muttering to herself.

“Heather’s been through some dark times and of course it’s all been in the public eye, which has made it that much tougher,” dishes an insider.
