MARK HARMON is no fan of Michael Weatherly and the smug way the disgraced actor weaseled his way back into the NCIS universe, leaving insiders predicting he can't wait to gloat if Weatherly falls flat on his face.

After years of kissing up, 57-year-old Weatherly is returning to his fan-favorite role as Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo opposite Cote de Pablo, 45, in NCIS: Tony & Ziva, set to premiere on Paramount+ Sept. 4.
