The judgment ended the search for justice by Kelsey Harbert, who accused the now 57-year-old actor of molesting her at Times Square's Magic Hour Rooftop Bar at the Moxy hotel on June 9, 2019.

Surveillance footage reportedly showed Gooding put his hand on Harbert's thigh and then reach for her breast.
