Ware gets 30 years for murdering galpal & burning corpse

THE clock has run out for former NFL pro Kevin Ware Jr., who was ordered caged for 30 years for murdering his girlfriend in Texas and setting her body aflame, lawmen say. Ware, 44, a past tight end for the Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers, was handed the hefty term after pleading guilty to killing 29-year-old Taylor Pomaski and tampering with evidence, specifically a human corpse.

The deal with prosecutors allowed the hulking ex-jock to avoid a life sentence.

Court documents state that the 6-foot-3 football brute — “cut her with a knife, hit her with a blunt object, strangled her and then burned her corpse.”
