Reed and Sharon Jacobs — the parents of Kellie's late husband, Kyle Jacobs, and executors of his estate — had requested the court date after alleging the “Tough” singer, 38, “failed to relinquish possession of estate property,” including a gun collection, designer watches and valuable guitars.

Gone Too Soon "I have been so blessed with the most amazing man ever," Kellie once gushed about Kyle on Ellen. "He has showed me what love is...I've never been treated so respectfully."

Meanwhile, Kellie’s lawyers claim the Reeds came into her Nashville home and took items without providing an inventory. They also contend that several of the disputed items are no longer even in the star's possession.
