It was a feast of fashion at the 2024 Met Gala, with A-list celebrities showcasing the very best of haute couture. Stealing the spotlight? Canada's own Pamela Anderson!

The Baywatch alum, 56, was one of the night's standout stars as she stepped out in a blush-pink Oscar de la Renta chiffon number, reversing her recent penchant for going makeup-free.

"I've never worn a dress or jewelry like this," she gushed of her winning look. "It's like a fantasy, somewhere in between being awake and being in a dream."

The annual style extravaganza - which traditionally takes place each May - celebrated The Costume Institute's spring exhibition at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art entitled Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion. And gala attendees and designers did just that.

DRESSED TO IMPRESS

First to hit the red carpet were cochairs Jennifer Lopez and Zendaya, who both modelled intricate handsewn dresses that took fashion commentators' breath away.

An eagerly anticipated moment, Zendaya's arrival didn't disappoint, with the actress displaying her impeccable taste in custom Maison Margiela.
