HOLLYWOOD'S FINEST GATHER FOR A JOYFUL CELEBRATION OF TALENT

AS WE COUNT DOWN TO THE 2024 OSCARS - THE SAG AWARDS

As the only major awards show dedicated entirely to actors, the Screen Actors Guild Awards are a fan favourite among Hollywood elite. And this year’s 30th-anniversary ceremony certainly didn’t disappoint as it celebrated one of the industry’s most iconic talents – the great Barbra Streisand – with a Life Achievement Award.

Taking the stage to present the esteemed honour was Barbra’s longtime friend, The Morning Show nominee Jennifer Aniston – dazzling in a silver Celine dress – and Maestro nominee Bradley Cooper.

“Barbra’s music was always playing in my house growing up,” Jen, 55, told the star-studded crowd. “I remember so vividly the first time I heard that voice ... This feeling just washed over my entire body. My eyes just welled up with tears. And from that moment on, I was madly in love with Barbra.”

She and Bradley both spoke passionately about the screen legend’s six-decade career, including her record-breaking moment as the first woman to write, produce, direct and star in a major studio film, 1983's Yentl.
