Hello! speaks exclusively to Dani Coleman, Jennifer Aniston's fitness coach, about the star’s sought-after Pvolve routine
-
First, she had us all copying her haircut. Now, she’s influencing the way we exercise. Jennifer Aniston has always been a trendsetter, and when it comes to her approach to health and fitness, her influence seems to be as strong as ever.
Unlike other intense workout regimens followed by many celebrities, the actress and businesswoman, 56, swears by a more considered approach, which is why she joined the team at Pvolve, a low-impact fitness method. Her coach, Dani Coleman — who is director of training for the brand - says the routines are challenging but enable clients to work within their limitations.
Here, we ask the Los Angeles-based personal trainer to give us the lowdown on what a typical session looks like for the Friends star, tips on coaching menopausal clients and the one mistake to avoid if you want to achieve your goals.
Dani, how did you meet Jennifer?I met Jen through a mutual connection who introduced her to Pvolve. She started streaming the workouts and wanted to try a personal session at home. I'll never forget our first session - we did a full-body workout using our P.band, P.ball and gliders.
What's her approach to fitness, and how does Pvolve fit into that?
