It has been 25 years since Ronni Ancona's breakout role in the Bafta Award-winning BBC comedy show The Big Impression, in which she starred alongside her former boyfriend, Alistair McGowan, and famously parodied the likes of Victoria Beckham.

Yet she looks back at that time in her life with a mix of pain and pride. Having started doing impressions at school to cope with bullying, she has a “love-hate relationship with doing funny voices”, and now realises that she may have been using the skill to mask her undiagnosed ADHD.
