It was very much a family affair for Zara Tindall when she took part in the Festival of British Eventing

The Olympic equestrian was competing in the event at Gatcombe Park, the Gloucestershire estate on which she lives, but it was playtime for the younger members of her brood.

Mia, Zara’s nine-year-old daughter with husband Mike, was certainly having fun horsing around with her cousin Savannah Phillips, 12, on day one of the competition.

While Mia hit the heights on a bungee swing, Savannah, whose father is Zara’s brother Peter, had a go on some inflatables, with both laughing together when they stopped for a relaxing drinks break.
