The question is: With the mountain of evidence authorities have, why wasn’t Wagner at least charged and tried?

On the night of Nov. 28, 1981, Natalie disappeared from Splendour, Wagner's yacht, anchored off Catalina Island, following a violent argument.

Also on board were skipper Dennis Davern and Natalie’s Brainstorm costar Christopher Walken.

The following morning, her somewhat bruised body washed ashore, as did the yacht’s inflatable dinghy.
