ROWDY rapper Travis Scott two-time baby daddy of reality TV's Kylie Jenner-is accused of causing an alcohol-fueled altercation at a docked yacht in South Florida but later laughed off his arrest on social media!

According to cops, Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was involved in a "disturbance," displayed "erratic" behavior and refused to leave the scene - despite being asked to vamoose several times!
