BRITNEY SPEARS' desperately sick dad, Jamie, is trying to shake her down for more money, according to sources, who say the bitter pop tart would rather go flat broke than hand him another dime.

Jamie, 71, who had his leg amputated in November after an infection, filed court documents accusing his daughter of using tactics that would delay their trial set for June, where he wants Britney to pay his legal fees.
