STINKER Elmoncy Sercle ran over a woman with his SUV in Florida after the grossed-out gal refused to let him smell her feet, cops say.

The female foot model, who did not want her name publicly revealed, claims she met Sercle, 28, on a dating app and agreed to meet him at a hotel in Aventura, Fla., to sell him her used sneakers.
