HOTHEAD Jason Pass — the prime suspect in the execution-style slaying of two neighbors in NYC — was gunned down in broad daylight by Big Apple cops when the fired prison guard lunged at arresting officers with a six-inch blade, lawmen say.

Pass was wanted for pumping bullets into school bus driver Bladimy Mathurin, 47, and his 27-year-old stepson, Chinwai Mode, in the hallway of their apartment building during an argument over noise.

The angry confrontation — and the pair’s grisly shooting — was captured by a surveillance camera.
