BARBRA STREISAND hasn’t been a big fan of Cher over the years, but she’s feeling incredibly sorry for her sister diva over the sad downward spiral of the If I Could Turn Back Time singer’s son, and insiders say the Funny Girl has reached out to offer support.

Sources confide that the 83-year-old A Star Is Born icon became concerned for Cher, 79, after her son Elijah Blue Allman reportedly overdosed on a cocktail of heroin and fentanyl and was rushed to a hospital June 14.
