SNAKE-IN-THEGRASS scoutmaster Mark Chapman copped a plea and will serve long prison sentences for sexually abusing two Boy Scouts in the Detroit area, including assaults in a Mormon church where he was a member!

Chapman, 51, actually went from one prison to another. He was paroled after serving nine years in New York for sex crimes and immediately turned over to authorities in Michigan.
