As a child, I joined nukkad nataks, not out of ambition, but simply to skip the last two periods of school. Yet somewhere between the claps and chaos of street theatre, something clicked. And I never quite looked back.

I remember those early performances as a form of meditation, loud, unrehearsed, and yet strangely grounding.

Years later, when I stood in front of a film camera for the first time, the silence unnerved me. It was just me and a lens that saw everything. It was an entirely different world. And still, I leaned in. I had found my calling once again.

From being an uncredited face in Guilty (2020) to catching the eye of a legendary producer after Badhaai Do (2022), my journey has never relied on shortcuts.

While my college was in Delhi, my heart was in Mumbai. I found myself showing up for auditions in the city. It was a delicate dance of faith and hustle.
