I built this rolling cart out of two Harbor Freight scissor-lift transmission jacks.

Disk Roller Cart

I tied them together using ¼-inch angle iron, and welded two half-moon-shaped clasps to secure the shaft holding the disks. When the cart is in place, I use an impact driver to lift the disk section and remove it from the implement. The disks can then be rolled around the shop for easy access.
