The overall coffee market in India is projected to reach approximately $1.88 billion in FY2033, while the direct to consumer coffee segment alone is expected to touch around $1.2 billion by 2032. This growth is being driven by rising disposable incomes, increasing urbanization, and a clear cultural shift, particularly among Gen Z and millennials, where coffee is evolving from an occasional beverage into a daily lifestyle choice. Within this landscape, Third Wave Coffee is building a differentiated, coffee-first QSR led omnichannel business model that seamlessly integrates physical retail with digital engagement. “Our GMV is anchored in in-store consumption across a growing multi-city café network, complemented by digital ordering through our own platforms and aggregators, as well as a steadily expanding retail portfolio that includes coffee blends, brewing equipment, and merchandise,” said Rajat Luthra, CEO, Third Wave Coffee.
