ZAMIL Steel Holding, one of the world's leading manufacturers of pre-engineered steel buildings, has reported a series of strategic and commercial milestones for 2024 and early 2025.

Among its major successes this year was a key contract for the Masar Mall project in Makkah, reinforcing its footing in Saudi Arabia's commercial construction sector. The contract was signed with Hamat Holding in April, according to the company's LinkedIn Post.
This new undertaking will see Zamil Steel leverage its extensive expertise, comprehensive services and advanced manufacturing capabilities to meet an ambitious timeline.
Under the deal, the company is tasked with fabricating, supplying and installing a structural steel building weighing 15,000 metric tonnes (MT) and covering an approximate area of 200,000 sq m. This significant structure will form the core of the Masar Mall, a key component of the Masar Destination in Makkah, which is set to be completed in 2026.
The Masar destination aims to create a modern landmark and cultural destination to elevate the quality of life for Makkah residents, visitors, and pilgrims.
