The journey began with a deeply personal endeavor: the construction of his own home. While still working in banking, this project revealed to Sahu the immense potential of the real estate sector. “That experience opened my eyes to the immense possibilities in the sector,” he reflects. “I realized we weren’t just building structures—we were crafting lifestyles.”

From that moment of realization grew an empire. Stalwart Projects has executed more than 20 projects, with 15 landmark developments completed and delivered ahead of schedule—a rare achievement in the industry.
