SERVES SIX

INGREDIENTS

125ml (½ cup) milk

250ml (1 cup) cream

45ml (3 Tbsp) castor sugar

5 egg yolks

200g dark chocolate, chopped

METHOD

• Heat the milk and cream in a small saucepan over a medium heat to just before boiling point. Remove from the heat.
