These five-ingredient chocolate pots are proof that a decadent dessert doesn't need to be complicated. Made with rich dark chocolate, cream, and egg yolks, they deliver a silky-smooth custard with deep chocolate flavour and just the right level of sweetness.

SERVES SIX
INGREDIENTS
125ml (½ cup) milk
250ml (1 cup) cream
45ml (3 Tbsp) castor sugar
5 egg yolks
200g dark chocolate, chopped
METHOD
• Heat the milk and cream in a small saucepan over a medium heat to just before boiling point. Remove from the heat.
