South Africa is making headway in growing the market for avocados in India by tapping into culturally relevant marketing campaigns through the World Avocado Organisation (WAO).
This year, the WAO launched a high-impact culinary campaign with India's largest ethnic food brand, Haldiram's. This collaboration has developed an exclusive range of avocado-based dishes, including avocado and paneer wraps, avocado sev puri and avocado chatpata paneer tikka.
