Keeping India@100 in mind, what are the two or three things that you envisage that could make India the next tech hub of the world?

Piyush N Singh, Senior MD and India Biz Lead, Accenture: India's biggest advantage is its demographic, and the biggest challenge is also demographic. We are living in a time when the pace of change whether you are looking at technology or business is running faster than most of the world can cope up with. If we can harness the power of technology and digital reach, potentially metaverse in times to come, and if we keep up our demography with the required skills, India is going to be in a good space.

Q Do top tech companies of the world and India feel the need to adapt and tweak to use their earlier practices to hire, retain and delight young talents?
