CMO's Festive Playbook: Schemes, Campaigns & AI

Ravi Lalwani: Describe 3-4 main festive offers that the bank has launched for the 2025 festive season.

MVS Murthy: This festive season, we've rolled out our ‘Fest of Feasts’ campaign, which is designed to bring joy to our customers’ celebrations. Festivities are a time of purchases and hence we have easy EMIs on credit cards that makes gifting lighter on the pockets. Additionally, we have attractive discounts and cashbacks across leading e-commerce platforms, lifestyle brands, travel, and dining. These initiatives are to ensure our customers can make the most of the season with family and friends.

Sujit Shakya: Although we offer competitive retail loan schemes throughout the year, we bring out even more attractive offers during the festive season, especially around great festivals like Dashain and Tihar, to capture customers’ sentiments of purchasing a new home or car for their family. This year, we have introduced festive offers in auto. We are proud in fulfilling our customers' aspirations and being recognized as the bank of first choice for retail loan products. In line with our commitment to inclusivity, we are also promoting our women-centric product, Nabil Smart Nari Ghar Karja, designed to encourage property ownership in the name of women and offer exclusive benefits tailored to their needs.
