Hydraulic breaker

As a strong example, Epiroc has unveiled its enhanced EC 100 hydraulic breaker, packed with features to enhance handling, extend lifespan, and reduce maintenance needs.

A standout feature of this model is the new wear bushing system, which simplifies maintenance with a replaceable insert that minimises downtime and costs.

This insert can be turned 180 degrees once the wear limit is reached, allowing continued operation while a new insert is ordered.

Field replacement is easy with simple hand tools, eliminating the need for special equipment.

The EC 100 is now 180mm shorter and weighs 40kg less, improving handling and reducing energy consumption.

The model features hybrid technology with an integrated nitrogen piston accumulator, ensuring high impact energy and smooth operation.
