It is rare when you come across a moment where a company brings out a vehicle into the market without knowing who exactly they want to sell it to.

When pressed about it, they say that the BMW CE 02 is a vehicle for someone who is looking for a vehicle like this. Someone who wants to bring a flair into their daily or their short commutes or someone who just wants an extension of the BMW life into their lifestyle…. Does that answer anything substantial about the target audience? I don’t think so. But at the end of the day, it is really not my problem to see who buys it. My point here is to you what all can you expect from a vehicle like this and does this have the capabilities to make you want it that bad?

there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with this motorcycle / scooter. It is light, powerful, and has the ability to take the attention away from anything that you can come and show up with. It has a punk-alternate design aspect to it and also comes with a plethora of features that you can narrate to, should you be stopped by the side of the road by onlookers. It will make you smile for the 70-80 odd kilometers that you can extract out of the battery and if you are in ‘Flash’ mode (which only comes with the Highline), you will extract even less, but rest assured, the smile would be that much bigger.

If you do have a need for a quick mode of transportation, that is quick, premium, and well-built, then you may want to buy a UV F77 Mach 2 or a TVS X. But if you want to be a class apart, nothing gets better than this option.
