The Kulkarni Bungalow in Pune is created thoughtfully considering the owners' dreams. The team at Sanjeev Mita Joshi Architects and Interior Designers are the creative minds behind it.

The clients came to us with extensive requirements and also dreams of a garden for the bungalow. But the plot being very compact, it was a challenge to satisfy these requirements!
The positive aspect was that the clients were totally receptive to new ideas and concepts. They were also appreciative about Sanjeev's art and calligraphy mastery.
Hence from the initial design stage itself, the thoughts were about how we could get in art into the design wherever possible..!
As a result, the overall feel of the bungalow is of course spacious, bright, and with cozy inward-looking spaces. But moreover what makes it unique and exclusive is this use of art!
