In October, Galerie Patrick Seguin in Paris was the site of a rare dialogue between the past and the present, with an exhibition of French architect and designer Charlotte Perriand's furniture pieces.

Designed between 1943 and 1967, these pieces, including prototypes or drawings that had not seen the light of day as well as pieces from private archives, have been revived in collaboration with Saint Laurent under the artistic direction of Anthony Vaccarello. Perriand, who worked alongside Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, was part of the modernist design landscape of the 20th century. Yves Saint Laurent, who admired Perriand's radical thought and timeless modernity, collected her work throughout his
