Our property this month is situated in one of the most desirable locations in this beautiful county.

Sutton is a community of around 2,500 people approximately a mile south of the former silk town of Macclesfield on the very edge of the Peak District National Park. In former times the area was closely associated with silk printing and fabric 'finishing' with nearby Langley, which is the one remaining silk producer in the area, providing silk to many international fashion houses. Langley textiles are still considered some of the best to have been produced in the world.
