TRY TO EMBRACE A NEW WAY OF THINKING

Accepting that the only certainty in life is there’s no certainty might just be the most important approach to happiness, says Dr. Gunn. Trouble is, deciding to go with the flow takes practice.

“Flexible thinking is actually uncomfortable but, if you can push through the challenge of doing things differently, you’ll find you’re much happier,” he explains.

“Remember, change doesn’t have to be negative. Instead of trying to fight the inevitable, embrace the difference and go with it.”
