The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Way back in 2011, Skyrim absolutely blew us away. We called the fifth Elder Scrolls title “not only the best game in an awesome series, but perhaps one of the greatest games ever created”.

A lot can happen in seven years, though. This was before open-world greats like The Witcher 3 and Zelda: Breath of the Wild had raised the bar all over again. So, are a few new coats of graphical polish and the Switch’s added portability enough to demand you dive back into this epic adventure? Yes, as it turns out – they absolutely are.
