IPL 2021 is less than a month away from being back in India after the last edition was played in the UAE amid the COVID19 virus. The first match of the tournament will be played between two-time defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on April 9. Despite the tournament being organized in India, teams will not play on their home ground. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Bengaluru are the venues for the tournament. The final will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Last season, KL Rahul, who led the Punjab-based franchise for the first time, bagged the Orange Cap scoring 670 runs in 14 matches with the highest score of 132 not out against RCB.

David Warner has been one of the most consistent batsmen in the IPL in the last five years. The Australian has been very instrumental in their team’s successful campaigns. Last season, Warner was the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament and is once again one of the favourites to end the season as top-scorer for the team. So far in his IPL career, Warner has scored 5254 runs in the 142 games.
