Magazine remains the oldest weekly club publication in world football
IT was on August 11, 1965, that the first edition of a new newspaper hit the shelves. The Celtic View, the brainchild of Jack McGinn, who would later go on to become chairman of Celtic, was an innovative project for a football club, and the fact that it’s still going strong 55 years later is testament to the vision of the club in backing it at the time.
