However, he’s coming off a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle, so it remains to be seen if this will impact his game moving forward.

Jameis Winston, Saints 6-4 • 231 • 27 Winston is a very talented player who led Florida State to the National Championship in 2014. His problem in the NFL has been turnovers — 50 fumbles and 88 interceptions in 72 games during his five years as Tampa Bay’s starter. He took a red-shirt year last season as a backup in New Orleans to fix his mechanics. Did a year around Drew Brees and Sean Payton help him refine his game? Time will tell.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dolphins 6-2 • 228 • 38 The best way to describe Fitz: Teams could do a lot worse. He played some of his best football the last three years, first in Tampa Bay, and then the last two years in Miami. He’s a riverboat gambler who isn’t afraid of throwing in tight coverage, allowing receivers to make 50-50 catches. He’s not just a very solid QB, but a great teammate and character guy.
