The body is a wonderful vehicle to travel this journey called life. Without it, we can't fulfill the responsibilities of life. It is very important to keep the body hale and healthy. And many of us have been doing what must be done to keep it healthy. In the olden days, health was not discussed so much but health was practiced. People didn't speak about health much, but they lived a healthy life. In today's world, there is a significant shift in our lifestyle in comparison to olden days, which is one of the foremost reasons why we end up talking about health so much more than practicing good health. And our definitions of health also varies from time to time.
