The FA has ordered an independent inquiry into how fans stormed the Euro 2020 final at Wembley in “disgraceful” scenes.

Investigators have found nine separate disabled entrances and exit doors were breached by rampaging ticketless mobs, said to total around 5,000, who bypassed security.
