What’s your favourite travel destination?

I love travelling and enjoy my solo trips. My all-time favourite destination is Bali. The people, the art and the beaches are just amazing!

Describe your ideal date.

A day well-spent. Probably exploring a small town or following a mountain trail, lunch by the riverside, having an interesting conversation, taking a nap under a tree and ending it by watching the sun set.

You’re such a romantic. Tell us your favourite cocktail?

It’s a twist on the Old Fashioned. Take 60 ml Talisker 10 single malt, 25 ml fresh peach purée, two drops of Angostura bitters and two tsp sugar. Muddle the purée with the sugar, and half the Talisker. Add the Angostura bitters and ice and stir well. Put in the remaining Talisker, more ice and stir again. Finish with orange zest.

Whoa, are you a secret bartender? Okay, your take—how should a man impress a woman on a first date?

Well, I’m extremely expressive, so I would say just turn up with no agenda except to have a great time together.
