Minimalist In The Making

Architect and designer, Vritima Wadhwa Singh is known for crafting impactful spaces with a distinctly contemporary style. From grand homes to atmospheric restaurants, Vritima’s work is contextually Indian, with a vision of the future of design. She grew up in a creative household and underwent a formal training when she pursued furniture design at the National Institute of Design (NID) in Ahmedabad. Influenced by celebrated figures in the design world, including Louis Kahn, Charles and Ray Eames and Le Corbusier, Vritima started Project 810, a furniture and interior design firm, in 2014. “Their innovative designs and approach to problem-solving inspired me and helped shape my own design philosophy. I continue to draw inspiration from their work and many others as I navigate the ever-evolving landscape of design,” she says.
