This Mumbai home is owned by an entrepreneur and designed specifically for his family of four.

THE PROPERTY

The erstwhile four-bedroom apartment has been reimagined by Shobhan Kothari and Anand Menon of KDND Studio as a spacious three-bedroom abode for a couple and their two children.

LIVING ROOM

Inspired by the Danish concept of hygge, this space uses a material palette in muted hues of textured grey, turquoise, and oak wood. Micro-concrete walls serve as the perfect canvas for the layered design elements seen here. The sun-filled apartment showcases artworks by Purvai Rai as well as modern and timeless elements for comfort and cosy relaxation
